John and Michele Truchard—the “J” and “M” in JaM are passionate about giving back to their community, with their philanthropy efforts and support of charities and individuals each year financially, with in-kind donations of wine, time, and leadership. Sweet Relief—Wine and Music for a Cause

This year marks the 5th year of JaM Cellars’ partnership with Sweet Relief Musicians Fund. To date, we have raised over $130,000 through monthly JaMHappyHour performances benefiting Sweet Relief, featuring artists like Lisa Loeb, Leigh Nash, Switchfoot, Emily Kinney, and so many more! Between virtual happy hours, co-branded merch, and YOUR viewer donations—Sweet Relief has helped hundreds of artists in need. JaM Cellars is proud to pledge another $25,000, helping career musicians and music industry workers in need. 

Every month, usually on final Fridays, (unless we’re at a festival!) the JaMHappyHour live- streamed show benefits the Sweet Relief Musicians Fund and is hosted by iHeartRadio radio personality Jana Sutter. For every like, share or comment you make during a benefit show, JaM Cellars will donate $1, up to $2,500 per show. We couldn’t be more excited to connect you with delicious Butter wines, great music and do a lot of good all while having a great time!

V Foundation

The V Foundation’s Wine Celebration weekend is every August, benefiting cancer research. In 2024, JaM Cellars was the Presenting Sponsor of this inspiring event. John and Michele (the “J” and the “M” in JaM) have been generous supporters for over 15 years. Helping to fund cutting-edge research to cure cancer. Each year, JaM supports the V Foundation Wine Celebration by donating and pouring their wines and sponsoring musical performances.

Spreading the Love Locally

John and Michele, proud stewards of Napa Valley, have been growing grapes here for over 20 years and are passionate about supporting their community. JaM Cellars is committed to giving back to the land that provides for them. This year, supporting Hands Across the Valley, a local organization dedicated to creating a community without hunger. Hands Across the Valley has raised millions of dollars to support food security programs locally. Now that’s worth raising a glass!

One Mind for a Better Tomorrow

JaM isn’t just passionate about feeding the body, but the mind, too! This summer, JaM Cellars was the Concert Performance Sponsor of OneMind festival. One Mind is dedicated to spreading awareness and supporting continued research for mental health. JaM Cellars JaMPad alum Elle King totally rocked the fest! It was an incredible night full of music, good vibes, and successful fundraising!
